PPMS Web Demo Instructions

First things first: no installation work is required, and no authorizations at your firewall. You will only require a browser and Internet access.

Steps

·         We call you on the agreed date.

·         Visit our website: www.myplanta.com

·         Go to News/PPMS Web Demo

·         Click on Start netviewer

 

·         Depending on the browser settings, you will get two dialog messages. In both dialog windows, press “Run”.

 

Note

·         It is not necessary to save the file.

 

 

 

·         Now please enter the session number, which we will give you by telephone.

 

 

·         The control interface opens:

 

 

Functions

·         With the standard settings, our monitor display will be transmitted to you. Using your mouse, you can mark objects with the left mouse button. This will be displayed on our page.

 

Function	Description
Watch	Shows the session partner’s screen
Show	Shows the user’s own screen
Fernstg an (Remote control on)	The session partner can control your PC remotely (only visible applications! See Choose App.)
Fernstg aus (Remote control off)	The session partner can only watch
F12	Switches off the window control
App. Wahl (Choose App.)	Choice of applications which will be displayed to the session partner
Beenden (close)	Immediate termination of the link
