Working intuitively

 

With its clear structure and simple and consistent user navigation, our software can be used intuitively. This means a short and therefore low-cost training period.

·         Vacation and absence dates can be copied to the Microsoft Outlook calendar

·         E-mails can be dispatched directly from within PPMS (e.g. using MS-Exchange, MS-Outlook, Lotus Notes)

Menu configuration

 

·         Individual user menus can be set up for each user role, appropriate for their tasks. All the users within a user role then work with the same functions, structured in accordance with their activity sequences. Functions which are not required are thus not even shown.
